What's your return and exchange policy?
We will gladly accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund or store credit. Within 14 days, orders may be returned, and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please contact us at info@nimahlondon.com, and we will send you instructions how to return the items.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
For our jewellery to last you a lifetime, we need your help. When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for gold and silver pieces. Always remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewellery on last before heading out the door.
